How it works


Simply browse the website to find your favourite looks. As a number of pieces are one offs, filter by size, occasion, or rental date to find your perfect match.


Once you have fallen in love, select your size, rental period (choose from 5 to 14 days) and delivery date then add to bag. We recommend you book your delivery to arrive 2 days before your event.

Booking your first rental can be daunting, so to give you that added bit of reassurance, we offer insurance to cover you against any accidental damages.

At checkout tell us where to ship the outfit and enter payment details. Please note, a rental fee of £3.95 is added to every unique delivery date in your order. For multiple items with the same delivery date will only be charged this fee once.


When your outfit arrives, please try it on - keeping the ribbon in place. Only remove the ribbon once you have decided to wear the outfit for your event and it’s the chosen one.

I’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that you love your outfit but if you don’t and need to return it for rental credit then please get in touch with within 48 hours of receiving the outfit. Please note we only give rental credit for one unworn item per order.

All our customers are friends so please look after your rental like you would borrowing it from a friend. Of course, sometimes things don’t go to plan, so that’s why we offer insurance to cover you against any accidental damage.

Returning your rental could not be easier. Our usual order packaging is resealable and contains a pre-paid returns label. Once you have worn your outfit, simply place it inside the returnable postage box and seal it. You do not need to wash any of the clothes - we do that for you.

To avoid additional charges, please ensure that your return has been dropped off at the Post Office on or before midday on your designated return date. You can find information on your return date in the My Account section and also on your confirmation email. You must keep your proof of postage receipt - this is to ensure you are not unfairly charged in cases where Royal Mail have lost the items.
